Syracuse, NY-based Mower has promoted agency vets Patrick Lewis to senior director of media services and Ryan Garland to senior director of digital media.

Lewis, who joined the agency in 2011, was media director.

Garland, who joined the agency in 2008, was digital media strategy director.

The agency also named Jim Campbell media supervisor from the same position at The Fort Group.
