NetBlaze Launches A Marketing App For Small Businesses

NetBlaze has debuted an app for small businesses that it says combines all of its services, including CRM and email, into one dashboard.

The goal is to “take care of the digital marketing efforts" to help clients "manage one of the small businesses that are so critical to our national economy,” states Steve Clayton, CEO and co-founder of Chicago-based NetBlaze.

Clayton adds that small businesses “face unprecedented challenges to plan and execute a digital marketing strategy while navigating the most challenging and evolving landscape they’re likely to see in their lifetimes."

According to NetBlaze, the new app includes these capabilities:

Customer Relationship Management — Clients can send promotions via email or text after they have uploaded their customer list to the NetBlaze platform. They send messages to the entire list or segmented groups.

Social Media Management — NetBlaze says it drafts 12 pieces of social media per content month that can be shared across social platforms. The app facilitates content review and the ability to make changes.

Reputation Management — Clients are notified when a new review appears, and can respond from within the app.

Search Engine Optimization — This feature helps clients improve their rankings and create blog posts, classified ads, press releases and other content, the firm says.
