Martech provider Netcore Solutions Inc. has named Matthew Vernhout as VP-deliverability for North America. 

Vernhout will drive Netcore’s standards for email deliverability, privacy and compliance and its consulting practices, the company says. 

Previously, Vernhout led deliverability consulting for 250ok -- which was acquired by Validity earlier this year -- and has served in similar roles at DoubleClick Email Solutions, Epsilon Interactive.

Vernhout is the co-founder of Privacy Summit North, and the founder of the Canadian Email Summit.

In addition, Vernhout serves as a director-at-large of the Coalition Against Unsolicited Commercial Email, as chairperson of the ANA's Email Experience Council and as the communications chair of the AuthIndicators Working Group. 

Netcore describes Vernhout as an expert in CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, Canada's Anti-SpamCASL, and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act.

He is also knowledgeable about email authentication, deliverability and mailbox providers’ policies, it adds.
