Mimecast’s Email Security tool will now be available for use on Azure Sentential via the Microsoft Azure Marketplace, an online store, the company announced last week. 

Users can log email activity and make those events available to Azure Sentinel, the company states. 

The goal is provide an “integrated threat environment with custom analytics and dashboards to drive alerts, delivering significant value to organizations looking to increase response times, decrease complexity and impact, and improve overall cyber resilience,” states Christina Van Houten, chief strategy officer at Mimecast.

Mimecast customers can benefit from Microsoft Azure Sentinel’s scalability and availability and its cloud platform, the company claims.
