Cafe Rio is featuring actor/comedian Regan Burns and family as part of its new campaign promoting the return of the Mexican fast food chain’s Carne Asada dish.

The creative, developed with Funworks, riffs off COVID-19 quarantine by letting Burns and his family utilize their improv skills at home. The action follows the kids complaining about having to head back to class, which is school-from-home given the pandemic.

And one of the kids delivers his commencement speech, again from home and just  to family members. He dad quips his son is "the smartest person up there."

The spots will air on broadcast TV as well as on social and other digital channels.
