Women’s fashion retailer Torrid has increased the email click rate on its location map from less than 5% to 14.8%, using Liveclicker’s LiveMap for alerting customers about local
store closings.
The alerts also notify customers about curbside pickup options.
Liveclicker and Torrid pull in complex data from each store location to create an interactive map personalized to the recipient’s location. The closest location to the subscriber is rendered with details at the time of open.

Cordero adds that the various pin colors helps customers understand their shopping
options.
