ActiveCampaign Debuts Customer Experience Tool That Draws Data From Several Channels

ActiveCampaign, a provider of customer experience automation, has unveiled a new tool for supporting interactions throughout the customer experience. 

The new tool, CXA for Service, connects all customer-facing teams to past and present conversions in multiple channels, the company says. 

CXA for Service garners insights from email engagement, past purchases, support tickets and browsing history, it adds. 

According to the company, brands can use CXA for Service to support personalized communications with customers, using automated chatbots and nurture flows across multiple channels, including email. 

In addition, they can use historical data to inform customer support conversations.
