Todd Koons has joined Standard Media Index as vice president-strategic partnerships.

He joins from PwC, where he was manager of marketing & media, Licensing Management & Contract Compliance.

He previously was a senior account manager at Ebiquity and began his career as senior associate-integrated investment at IPG Mediabrands' UM unit.

He reports to Ben Tatta, president of the U.S. market for SMI.
