VaynerMedia Introduces 'Short Sprint' Consultancy Services

As clients continue to readjust their business models in light of COVID-19,  VaynerMedia is launching “short-sprint” consultancy services focused on emerging areas like gaming, esports, and GenZ.

“We've aimed to architect our offerings to be complementary and empathic to clients' current structure, whether they are looking to take marketing in-house, already have an AOR partner or are already working with VaynerMedia in some capacity,” explains Kaylen McNamara, SVP, New Business Operations & Consulting Services at VaynerMedia.

The offerings are designed to provide “hundreds of actionable ideas and a clear playbook for how to better utilize social / digital to build brand and sales in parallel.”

Clients will receive an eight- to twelve-week program, including a “deep-dive” into the current state of consumer attention. As part of the offering they’ll work with agency staffers to plot post-pandemic plans.

The new advisory offerings include, Gen Z Roadmap, Cultural Accelerator and Modern Marketing Transformation.

“We’ve seen existing clients come to us for additional support on how they should think about Gen Z [and] esports,” says McNamara. “In parallel, we started to see this demand from non-clients and while we've done ad hoc campaigns and projects in the past, we wanted to be more proactive in providing brands with an opportunity to ‘borrow’ our brains to solve their biggest marketing challenges, without the requirement of a full year commitment.”
