Consumers Prefer Relevance Over New Products In Emails

Almost 60% of U.S. consumers would react favorably to product suggestions based on their purchase history when given in an email. In contrast, only 22.7% are likely to buy newly launched products, according to a study by Dyspatch and SurveyMonkey.
