Email Security Firm Says It Has Closed New Funding Round

Cybersecurity startup EasyDMARC reports that it closed an investment round in November led by Dutch investor Crosspring. The amount was not disclosed.

The company hopes to use the funding to expand its user base and further develop email security initiatives, states EasyDMARC CTO, Avag Arakelyan.

EasyDMARC provides DMARC XML reports, AI-powered anomaly detection and “Easy-Alerts” to help firms protect themselves against phishing attacks.

The company notes that the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center has recorded 23,775 complaints and more than $1.7 billion in losses due to BEC fraud schemes.
