Cloud-based advertising and branded-content studio Preymaker has added two senior leaders: Zachary Fortin, who will focus on clients and running projects, and Bridgette Doran, who is responsible for resourcing and talent.
The New York-based operation was formed last year, officially launching in December and built on a custom platform via Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Founders include Angus Kneale, former Chief Creative Officer-co-founder of The Mill New York and industry veterans Melanie Wickham and Verity Grantham.
The company has a production facility in New York and connects production teams, agencies and clients globally via the AWS platform.
It’s working on projects with McCann, BBDO, 72andSunny and Johannes Leonardo, among others.
Fortin worked most recently as a VFX producer at The Mill and prior to that, Imaginary Forces. Doran previously served at Viacom and Marvel Entertainment on everything from large-scale, live tent-pole events to episodic and digital content.
