Best Buy and
Sports Illustrated on Thursday launched a cross-platform marketing program. The digital ad, which was created in-house by
Sports Illustrated and is the first in a four-part
series, features video footage of Clinton Portis of the Washington Redskins tearing through a Best Buy store on a shopping spree. The next spot will feature Warrick Dunn of the Atlanta Falcons, and
will debut on Dec. 14. As part of the program, the magazine will direct readers to the site through pages in the magazine.
