New York-based marketing agency Allied Global Marketing has acquired experiential marketing agency Honey+Buzz, based in Dublin. Terms weren’t disclosed.
Allied—which focuses on entertainment, lifestyle and sports marketing--said the deal bolsters its existing North American experiential marketing business and expands its global footprint.
Clint Kendall, Allied’s CEO stated, “The team at Honey+Buzz shares our vision, and they have an excellent track record of breakthrough creativity and continuous innovation. We are excited to have them on board to help drive our ongoing international expansion.”
H+B—founded by Jonny and Paddy Davis--works with brands such as Heineken, Renault, Dropbox and Coca-Cola. The agency has developed experiences using new technology solutions such as bespoke blockchain product sampling.
As a part of Allied, H+B will service existing and new clients in Europe and other regions.
