Users of Apple’s iCloud Mail suffered an outage on Thursday. 

Apple says the issue is resolved, but adds that some users were affected between 9:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. EDT. 

“This service may have been slow or unavailable,” it adds in the update. 

The outage does not seem to be severe, only moderately affecting New York and other East Coast cities. 

Downdetector reports that 83% of the issues related to email, and 13% to log-in. Another 3% complained of slowness. 

One user writes on downdetector, “Great, are #icloud email services down again?”

9to5 Google notes that “iCloud has faced a handful of abnormal outages recently. Over the last month, iCloud Mail and other services have faced a pair of documented outages affecting a small percentage of users.”
