In addition, they will soon be able to enjoy Outside TV and Outside Online and order gear from Cairn gear box subscriptions.

Also, members will receive the monthly Outside magazine for a year, and an annual subscription to any of the print publications listed in Outside+.

In another attraction, member-exclusive content is ad-free.

Moreover, the subscribers will receive personalized feeds of gear suggestions, how-tos, training regimens, recipes, meal plans, and trip/ride/hike/flow input.

They also will get discounts and freebies for film tours, cycling events and endurance races, and access to navigation, offline maps, and route planning from Gaia GPS.

The goal is to fuel healthy life pursuits by putting “active lifestyle participants at the core of the experience,” states Robin Thurston, Outside CEO.

Thurston contends an active lifestyle “is heavily reliant on digital tools and 24/7 data tracking at all stages – from sleep and workouts to content and nutrition.”
