Mailchimp has fielded its first product release on its new app marketplace -- new email templates that it says can help small businesses increase their email ROI.
The templates can relieve small business owners of email work when they should be focused on other issues, while helping to streamline their marketing efforts and increase their email ROI, the company says.
“The past year has changed how small business owners, marketers, and entrepreneurs communicate with their audiences and the tools they use to do that,” says Joni Deus, vice president of strategic partnerships & App Marketplace at Mailchimp.
Deus adds that "more email template designs are one of the most requested marketing tools our customers ask for, and with our new email templates, customers can purchase these templates directly within Mailchimp and use them immediately," saving them valuable time.
Mailchimp has introduced several new products recently, including two that extend its email capabilities.
Stores allows merchants to recreate brick-and-mortar retail experiences through an intuitive e-commerce platform, and use such Mailchimp capabilities as email and automation to drive traffic to their site.
Appointments helps firms to offer service bookings online and integrate with email marketing, websites, and calendars.
