Austin based McGarrah Jessee (McJ) has appointed Klaire Hensley to lead the agency’s growth efforts (her title is head of growth). 

She joins McJ after a 17-year run at The Richards Group, where she held several top brand leadership and growth positions and was most recently Principal of Business Development at the agency.

Her move to McJ follows several new business wins for the shop, including Jacuzzi, Keter Brands, and KUIU. 

“With almost two decades of brand and agency leadership experience, and as a mother of four, Klaire is a natural mentor, a compassionate leader and an astute problem-solver,” said McJ CEO Britton Upham.

Hensley will work remotely from Dallas as one of several now-remote executives that are part of McJ’s Unbound program, which permits employees to live anywhere they choose.
