Hotels.com Seeks Vegas Hotel Resident

Hotels.com is launching a promotion that will award one consumer a month of living in some of the more well-known hotels on the Las Vegas Strip.

The experience, valued at $40,000, will include a week each at The Cosmopolitan, Nobu Hotel Caesars Palace, Park MGM and Resorts World Las Vegas.

Now through July 2 at 1 p.m. ET, travelers can visit Hotels.com/VegasResident to enter by answering two questions: What makes you the *A List* pick to be the first ever Vegas Hotel Resident, and what is your idea of the perfect first day of your hotel residency?

The promotion was created by ICF Next.

Each of the hotels is offering special features for the winner, such as a special tasting menu created to celebrate the hotel’s 10th anniversary at The Cosmopolitan.

The Nobu Hotel Caesars Hotel week will include access to a private cabana poolside at the Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis, a visit to Qua Baths & Spa, drinks at Vanderpump Cocktail Garden and seeing Usher live at The Colosseum.

The Vegas Hotel Resident will also receive transportation to and from Las Vegas, Hotels.com Gold Rewards member status and VIP Access Privileges at eligible hotel properties for the next year.

The travel company ran another quirky promotion for tax season, which asked them to to fill out an itemized “non-travel” tax form as part of "The 2020 Tax Write-Off.”

The form calculated pandemic-related "expenses" like the number of takeout boxes accumulated, hours lost scrolling on TikTok, video conference calls attended and pounds of sourdough consumed in 2020.

An anti-Valentine’s Day promotion offered to provide the winner’s ex with a stay in a dumpster.
