Publicis Groupe has created the new role of Chief Media Officer, Publicis Groupe U.S. Marketing Services and tapped Publicis Media veteran Lou Rossi to fill it.
He will report to Dave Penski, CEO, Publicis Media U.S.
Most media accounts serviced outside of Publicis Media will now report to Rossi. Those accounts are led by teams at Digitas, Razorfish, Publicis Health Media, Team One, the Groupe’s creative agencies and media assignments for select Power of One accounts managed by agencies outside of Publicis Media.
For the last five years, Rossi has been Chief Commercial Officer at Publicis Media, working with the division’s global clients. He will retain that role.
