Epsilon Introduces Email-SMS Delivery Tool For Mid-Market Brands

Epsilon has launched a tool that it says will help mid-market companies deliver email, SMS, mobile push and other types of messages. 

The new product, Epsilon PeopleCloud (EPC) Messaging Essentials, is designed to help mid-market brands “optimize their programs and drive measurable business outcomes," says Kara Trivunovic, managing director, messaging at Epsilon. 

Messaging Essentials enables marketers to send individualized messages to customers, utilizing Epsilon’s identity-resolution capabilities., the company states. 

Among the new capabilities are:

  • Dialogues — A tool through which marketers can define a set of real-time marketing automations that react to customer behaviors and signals across channels.
  • SignUp+ — This identifies the best targets for a brand, then serves a digital ad that connects to a smart capture email opt-in experience, Epsilon says.

Trivunovic says Epsilon “can now launch comprehensive email, SMS and mobile push programs for our clients in a matter of weeks,” using the enterprise-level solution. 

Messaging Essentials is one of several recent offerings from Epsilon. Earlier this year, it launched CDP Essentials and last year introduced EPC Loyalty Essentials.
