Omnicom's DDB North America has created a growth team charged with overseeing net new business and growth strategy across its offices in the U.S. and Canada. Leading the team are Elaine Purcell as Chief Growth Officer and Adrienne Marcino as Business Development & Growth Director.
Purcell previously served as Head of Strategy for a variety of agencies, including Havas, Droga5, Grey, and Saatchi & Saatchi. Experience includes work with brands in financial services, retail, real estate, spirits, packaged goods and non-profit organizations.
She is tasked with reimagining how DDB approaches growth, specifically how to unlock the potential within DDB's evolved brand positioning entitled “Unexpected Works.”
Marcino joins the agency following a stint as Director of Business Development at Terri & Sandy. She brings experience pitching, winning and growing accounts across food & beverage, health & wellness, entertainment, tech, insurance, personal care, and CPG industries.
