Instream, a video ad network, last week launched its network out of beta. The network has more than 50 affiliate publishers that deliver over 100 million video streams per month. Instream's ad network
is supported by their technology platform, Lightningcast, which is also used by major rich media players like AOL, Microsoft, and Scripps Networks. Instream's advertiser beta test began in September
of this year, and it began recruiting publisher affiliates starting in July.
