Shaving brand Evolution of Smooth (eos) is launching Vagnastics, a first-of-its-kind jazzercise class to help people everywhere shave their nether regions with confidence. The effort was created in partnership with agency Mischief.

“People who choose to shave their privates should feel absolutely zero shame in talking about it,” said Soyoung Kang, CMO at eos. “Yet, there is a veil of taboo clinging to the subject. Vagnastics is here to help free us from that.”

The instructional video showcases how to best contort yourself to ensure the smoothest of shaves down below. It’s available here, with individual exercises highlighted across eos’ social channels. 

Featured shaving techniques include “The Wartime Captain,” “The Lather Your Ladies,” and “Look Ma, No Hands.” 

Bianca Guimaraes, partner and executive creative director at Mischief, said: “Dads teaching their sons how to use a razor is the classic image we have in our head when we think about shaving tutorials. Not people awkwardly contorting their bodies into weird and wonderful shapes to tidy their genitals. Shaving down there requires flexibility and poise. Vagnastics can teach you these fundamentals. Vagnastics follows the launch of eos’ limited edition shave cream, “Bless Your F*ing Cooch.” It was born from a TikTok creator whose raw, unfiltered guide to shaving female nether regions went viral with nearly 20 million views. Eos and Mischief immortalized her spicy take on bottles for a select number of fans on social media.
