Campaign Monitor has rolled out an online training program to help marketers and publishers make better use of email.
The new offering, Email Academy, provides on-demand courses and tutorials. The goal is to help marketers “elevate their business’s email programs and strategies so there is no revenue left on the table,” states Ros Hodgekiss, customer experience programs manager at Campaign Monitor, a CM Group brand.
Since a preliminary launch in June, the program has drawn more than 4,000 course registrations and nearly 1,000 hours of courses taken.

The program outlines “the best practices and examples to better manage and engage contacts,” says one early student, Patrick Rastelli, director, information technology at Livestrong.
The program offers quizzes at the end to help people determine how much they have learned, and "at the end of each learning module you receive a certificate of completion to add to your portfolio,” says another student, Sara Hoppe, marketing administrative associate, Southwestern Investment Group.
