Ecommerce agency Digitawise is partnering with the
email automation platform Klaviyo to allow its clients to better engage with customers, the firm announced on Friday.
The goal is to help clients take a “a
customer-first approach based on personalized experience, scalable customer infrastructure, and complete ownership of data and relationships,” states Stav Sarandiev, chief marketing officer at
Digitawise.
Sarandiev adds that Klaviyo is “more than just email software, it allows you to interact with your customers on any channel – email, web, SMS,
and social.”
Digitawise’s next step will be to “introduce Klaviyo to our network,” Sarandiev says.
Email
automation can brands increase landing page efficiency and conversation rate and garner more sales-ready leads through nurturing, improving customer retention and delivering better customer service,
Digitawise contends.

This is not the first partnership pursued by Klaviyo. Earlier this year, the firm announced an integration with performance marketing brand
Wunderkind that allows over 100 mutual clients to send Wunderkind triggered messages within Klaviyo, the firm says.
Klaivyo’s email marketing
automation platform is used by 25,000 e-commerce stores, Digitawise says.
The company recently debuted several new product features to help brands engage
consumers. One is the Price Drop Trigger, a tool that alerts email and text subscribers when a product that like goes on sale at a lower price.
Another
is Multi-Step Forms, which allows brands to ask customers to provide information or subscribe in multiple steps instead of asking for everything at once, the company says. And Klaviyo is offering
SMS A/B Testing.
