Premium spirits shipping service ReserveBar’s acquisition of Minibar Delivery will allow the company to serve virtually every state. “Our overall vision is what we call ‘e-commerce everywhere,’ making it as convenient as possible to buy beverage alcohol compliantly in every instance it makes sense to do so,” ReserveBar President Derek Correia tells Forbes. “We’re now living at the intersection of two seminal revolutions in this industry: e-commerce and RTDs.
