Deloitte Digital has acquired Ad2Pro Global Creative Solutions Private Limited (Madras Global), a content production agency. Terms were not disclosed.
The purchase allows Deloitte Digital to offer clients “a new way to differentiate — through personalized content at scale,” says Sam Roddick, global head of Deloitte Digital.
Madras Global joins Deloitte Digital's previous AI acquisitions: Magnetic and Web Decisions. With its experience management platform Hux, the firm has the capability to drive personalized experience in the channels it chooses, the firm says.
Madras Global's platform offers content life cycle management and measurement benefits.
Todd Brownrout, founder and chief executive office, will remain with Deloitte Digital as a managing director.
