Octopus Interactive, which bills itself as the largest network of interactive screens inside of Uber and Lyft vehicles, has selected PubMatic as a preferred sell-side platform (SSP) partner.
The digital-out-of-home (DOOH) network’s advertising inventory will now be available as part of programmatic video buys, along with CTV, mobile and desktop, through the SSP.
Octopus says it reaches more than 5 million rideshare passengers on a monthly basis. Rideshare users skew to the 18-to-49 age demographic and tend to be educated and affluent, according to the company.
