Havas Group has acquired a majority stake Spain-based PR agency Tinkle, which has 200 staffers and offices in Madrid, Barcelona and Lisbon. Terms weren’t disclosed.

Tinkle will be integrated into Havas Group’s global strategic advisory network, /amo, known for advising boards on M&A transactions and other work and which has offices in 15 countries, mostly serving major financial centers.

Tinkle will continue to be led by Javier Curtichs, who founded the agency in 1999.
