Jordache To Launch Spring Campaign, Brooke Shields To Front It

Jordache is planning new creative — the company is debuting a new jeans campaign, “You’ve Got The Look,” this spring.

The twist: Brooke Shields will star in the effort. The actress-model is no stranger to jeans ads. In 1981, designer Calvin Klein cast a 15-year-old Shields in a series of sexy print and TV ads for his super-tight jeans, with the provocative line: “Do you know what comes between me and my Calvins? Nothing.”

Now, a 56-year-old Shields is back — plugging tight apparel for Jordache. In one photo, Brooke poses topless while glancing over her shoulder and wearing only blue jeans. In another, she sits in black jeans and a matching shirt.

"It was important for you to see this is my 56-year-old body and to fight the retouching," she told People. "I’m always like, ‘You better keep it honest.’

The campaign photographs were shot in New York by Cass Bird and styled by Deborah Watson.

Liz Berlinger, president of Jordache, said: "Like Jordache, Brooke Shields is iconic in fashion. We have watched her grow from a young girl into an incredible woman, mother and entrepreneur — throughout it all she has remained authentic and an inspiration to women everywhere.”
