UK-based data hygiene firm Rhetorik Ltd. has acquired Datarista, Inc., a Providence, Rhode Island-based data delivery platform, Rhetorik announced on Monday. Terms were not disclosed.
The combined firms will help B2B clients “harness the power of their data and optimize their CRM and Marketing Automation investments,” says Pat Sabatino, CEO of Datarista.
Moreover, Rhetorik will obtain a U.S. presence in addition to its existing U.K. and Canadian offices.
Datarista provides integration for account, contact and lead Enrichment, net new prospecting, de-duplicated against existing customer data and sales enablement tools for real-time research, it says.
In addition, Datarista will deliver integration of Rhetorik data products into Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics and Marketo's platforms.
