Havas Bulks Up On CX With Inviqa Acquisition

In a bid to further bolster its CX capabilities Havas Group has acquired Inviqa, one of the UK’s leading independent digital experience agencies.

Exact terms weren’t disclosed by Havas called the transaction “a substantial eight-figure deal.”

The agency has 150 employees across eight offices that will be integrated into Havas Creative’s customer service network, merging with Havas CX agency ekino London.

Havas said the acquisition would add scale and capabilities in experience design, software engineering, tech consulting and ecommerce.

The Inviqa brand will be retained and be led by agency founder Yair Spitzer.

Havas said the deal would complete a troika of scaled, specialist CX agencies in the UK, with Inviqa’s digital expertise complementing digital and business transformation consultancy Gate One and customer engagement agency Havas CX helia.

“As the world begins to transition out of the pandemic, customer experience continues to represent one of our biggest growth opportunities,” said Havas CEO Yannick Bollore. He said that was demonstrated “by the success of the Havas CX network, which has grown by two-thirds since its launch in 2020.”
