Riper, Ledger-Lomas Expand Leadership Roles At BBH London

BBH London has promoted Holly Ripper to managing director and Stephen Ledger-Lomas to Chief Production Officer.

Ripper, previously a managing partner, will keep her client portfolio, as well as her involvement in business development. She is tasked with creating an environment where people can produce their best work. She reports to CEO Karen Martin.

Previously at BBH, Ripper led the Tesco account, as well as oversaw account management and new business. In 2021, she played a leading role in BBH winning the Ribena creative account after a competitive four-way pitch. Ripper joined BBH London in 2015. Before that, she worked at Ogilvy & Mather and Havas in Sydney.

Ledger-Lomas was promoted from BBH London head of production and partner. As Chief Production Officer, he will helm production strategy across the agency, the client portfolio and Black Sheep Studios. He also reports to Martin. Victoria Keenan will now become head of production.

He joined BBH London in 2018 from DJA. Previously, Ledger-Lomas managed an integrated production team at Mother London and was head of art buying. He also ran the London office of Art+Commerce (WME-IMG) and held posts at Dazed & Confused / Nowness, Winkreative and Rankin Photography.

And I am thrilled that Stephen will be leading the expansion of our production capabilities and ensuring that the craft of our work in all mediums is unbeatable.”

BBH London’s client work includes Samsung, Tinder, Vivo, Google and Hulu, among others.
