Wavemaker has appointed GroupM vet Jessica Maley Chief People Officer for North America.

Maley, who reports to CEO Louisa Wong, CEO Americas Louisa Wong, joins from the dual role of Chief People Officer of Wavemaker Asia Pacific and vice president of talent at sister agency Xaxis in APAC.

She fills a position previously held by Kristen Metzger, who left in January to join Crossmedia as Chief People Officer.
