McCann Worldgroup promoted Fernando Fascioli to President, Europe and UK. In addition, he has also been promoted to Chairman Latin America, where he has served as president since 2014.

Fascioli succeeds Mark Lund, who is retiring.

Fascioli is a longtime McCann veteran, beginning his career at McCann Uruguay and later moving to McCann Peru, where he became CEO. He served as Chief Growth Officer for McCann Worldgroup Latin America, CEO, McCann Chile, and in 2014, was promoted to President, LATAM and the Caribbean.

In 2015, Fascioli partnered with Interpublic Group to create Graphene, a global marketing agency that services LATAM Airlines, the largest airline group in Latin America, a merger between LAN and TAM airlines, the largest carries to Chile and Brazil.

"I envision a fluid network with the capabilities to solve increasingly complex marketing challenges together with our clients, having talent density and specialty agencies collaborating seamlessly to create meaningful connections between brands and people to grow sustainable businesses," said Fascioli.

McCann Worldgroup's network in Europe spans than 45 countries and is owned by Interpublic Group of Companies. Global clients include L'Oréal, GM, Mastercard, Aldi and Cigna.
