Santiago Takes New Role At FCB: Managing Director

IPG-owned agency FCB has promoted Suzanne Santiago to EVP, managing director of the New York office. The role is a first for the agency.

A 22-year vet of FCB, Santiago was most recently director of business leadership, overseeing a 30-person account management department and running the agency’s FDA Center for Tobacco Products’ public-education campaigns. Emma Armstrong, FCB NY president, said Santiago has always delivered "on our core promise of creativity as an economic multiplier,” said Emma Armstrong, president of FCB NY, calling her an "integral part of the growth and success of the agency."

Over the past two decades at FCB, Santiago has worked on numerous accounts, including AARP, Ad Council, Amtrak, AT&T, Barclaycard, Canon, Citymeals-on-Wheels, Fidelity Investments, Four Seasons, JPMorgan Chase and Milkbone.
