Horizon Media has named Joe Koller executive vice president and managing partner.

Koller, who began his career in media services at agencies such as OMD and Grey has consulted with and served in a variety of marketing roles at other and founded his own agency, Slot Right Marketing, in 2010 and ran it for six years before joining Inmar as head of digital marketing innovation.

He joins Horizon from Jibe eCommerce Agency where he was executive vice president-marketing.
