Lexus Partners With Resorts For Branded Experiences

Lexus is collaborating with four luxury wellness resorts to offer branded experiences.

The Lexus “Wellness Destinations” include Cal-a-Vie Health Spa and all three Miraval Resorts and Spas. Each will offer stay packages paired with complimentary transportation for each guest.

The curated, integrative experiences focus on wellbeing, says Vinay Shahani, Lexus vice president of marketing.

“After the last couple of years we have all experienced, it’s no surprise to see the focus on self-care paired with the desire to get away resulting in demand for wellness travel,” Shahani says in a release.

Lexus is not the first luxury automaker to put a focus on wellness. In 2019, Ford Motor Co.’s Lincoln brand partnered with Calm in a pilot program. The selected customers embraced it. So in 2020, Lincoln offered all customers a free one-year premium membership to the wellness and meditation app.

At Cal-Vie Health Spa in southern California, travelers can book the “Lexus Living in Luxury” package, which includes a four-night stay, several spa services, all meals, and transportation in a Lexus vehicle to and from the San Diego International Airport.

Lexus owners also receive a VIP welcome gift and 10% off the $7,300 cost per person (valid through March 2023).

Miraval resorts are offering guests a “Lexus Drive Your Way to Wellness” custom experience for $495 per person (valid through March 2023), including a Lexus vehicle to use throughout the experience.

Highlights include an intention-setting ceremony with a Miraval Guide, scenic drives to various destinations where a private guide leads hiking, biking and swimming expeditions, and a chef-prepared picnic lunch.
