Sitecore Integrates Features From Firms Acquired In 2021

Sitecore has integrated the products it has absorbed through several 2021 acquisitions into its Digital Experience Platform. 

The goal of the integrations is to deliver a “a composable DXP that meets the continuously changing needs of brands,” says Dave O’Flanagan, chief product officer of Sitecore.

In one upgrade, the company has redesigned its email marketing platform, Sitecore Send, to provide a new user experience.

In addition, six languages have been added: Spanish, French, German, Greek, Japanese, and Portuguese. This follows Sitecore’s acquisition of Moosend. 

Sitecore OrderCloud has also been updated following the acquisition of Four51. Included are a new a new release of order routing, supplier empowerment, and pricing. 

OrderCloud now features a new Inventory Records feature covering manufacturers, distributors and retailers.

Sitecore Discover features an upgraded Commerce Engagement Console, including a revamped appearance library and editor. This stems from the purchase of Reflektion.

Meanwhile, Sitecore Personalize now offers a channel diagnostic testing and real-time personalization capability delivered in the cloud, following its purchase of Boxever. And Sitecore has established several new connectors on the Sitecore Marketplace including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Responsys and Klaviyo.
