This is fast-growing Endeavor’s sixth acquisition of 2022, and third in April alone.
New South has completed more than 10,000 research projects using many methodologies, including focus groups, telephone surveys, mystery shopping, and in-person and online surveys. It will join a newly created Division of Business Intelligence at Endeavor, the company said in a press release. That group will specialize in providing research services to customer seeking insights to guide business decisions.
Endeavor CEO Chris Ferrell called New South a perfect complement to Nashville-based Endeavor’s other business-intelligence assets. “We are pleased to carry on New South Research’s 50-plus years of providing important market research to companies seeking key customer insights,” Ferrell said.

Adding the resources of New South Research will give Endeavor Business Intelligence the capacity to offer new services such as a call center, as well as robust local and national focus group capacity.
Endeavor Business Media was formed in late 2017 to acquire and operate trade publications, websites, events and marketing solutions. Today its focuses include the aviation, dental, facilities maintenance, fire and public safety, design engineering, buildings and construction, medical, vending, and water and wastewater markets.
