JDA Worldwide, a marketing agency serving consumer brands, non-profit organizations, and fast-growth companies, has acquired public relations firm Kairos. Terms were not disclosed. 

JDA and its parent company Prolific have capabilities in strategy, consulting, growth capital and enterprise nonprofit fundraising, the company says.  

Kairos founder Johnnie Moore will become president of JDA Worldwide. 

JDA plans to expand its client services in Washington, D.C., Nashville, Los Angeles, and internationally, while scaling up to offer government relations and communications services in 2023. 

Founded in 2015, Kairos has staff in Washington, D.C.; Nashville, Tennessee; Atlanta, Georgia; Boston, Massachusetts; Orlando, Florida; Lynchburg, Virginia, and Glendale, California.
