Data analytics platform GoGoGuest has formed a partnership with email software firm Emma to help restaurants deliver personalized email experiences to customers.
Using a data platform created for the industry, the arrangement will allow restaurants to create campaigns that feature personalized marketing, app syncing and list building, GoGoGuest says.
GoGoGuest facilitates “hyper-personalization specific for the restaurant industry, so restaurant brands using Emma can have access to data-driven and personalized emails that reflect their guests preferences and anticipate their needs,” says Jessica Valenzuela, CEO and co-founder of GoGoGuest.
GoGoGuest combines restaurant data WiFi, POS, reservations systems, digital assets and eCommerce in a single platform.
Emma, a CM Group brand, offers a platform that helps brands create an email marketing campaigns.
GoGoGuest says restaurants that are implementing email campaigns need to create personalized interactions with customers based on what they buy, while also bringing in new email subscribers.
