Boston-based creative agency Colossus announced today it is merging with design studio A&Co and the latter is being folded into the Colossus design offering.

A&Co founder Allison Waters Doherty is joining Colossus and will serve as general manager of its design division. A&Co has worked with clients like Wrangler, Puma, Tiffany & Co and others.

Before founding A&Co Doherty was a partner at design agency Adam&Co. Earlier she was director of global operations at Havas-owned Arnold Worldwide.

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
