RTC Relationship Marketing (RTCRM), a Young & Rubicam Brands affiliate, has named TOM O’CONNELL as senior vice president, account director and GAYATRI BHALLA as vice president, account director. Prior to joining RTCRM, O’Connell was a vice president and marketing director with Digitas. Most recently, Bhalla was a vice president and director of marketing for Digitas.
