Substack, a platform that provides publishing, payment, analytics, and design to support subscription newsletters, says it has resolved an email delivery issue that affected email sending on Thursday morning.  

“Emails are now being sent, but some posts from this morning were delayed,” the company tweeted.  

At roughly 8:30 a.m. EDT, the company said: “A service disruption in an upstream provider is preventing emails from being sent.” 

It reported that the incident was over at 10:28 a.m. ET.
