Creative agency Across the Pond has expanded its U.S. operations, tapping Lana Olmer as account director and U.S. Lead for diversity, equity and inclusion.

Olmer reports to San Francisco vice president Karen Crookes. She will work with various brands, including Google, Anglo American, Lendlease and Coinbase.

Previously, Olmer was senior manager of strategic accounts for Linqia, where worked on Google, Neutrogena, Chevrolet, INFINITI, Levi’s and Johnson & Johnson. 

Crookes called Olmer's appointment an "important hire as we grow and evolve our client services department here in the U.S." Across the Pond says its mission to help tech brands create a better world.

The agency has offices in San Francisco, Singapore, Shanghai, with London as its headquarters.
