Six Commercials Nominated For 2022 Emmys This Week

Six commercials, their agencies and production companies received Emmy nominations this week for Outstanding Commercial.

The Emmy nominations for 2022 were announced Tuesday in Hollywood. The Emmys have nominated commercials annually since 1997. This year’s Outstanding Commercial winner will be announced in September. 

The six nominated commercials are:

  • “Detectives” for Apple iPhone Pro: Apple, ad agency; O Positive, production company.

  • “Everyone But Jon Hamm” for Apple TV+: Media Arts Lab, ad agency; Hungry Man Productions, production company.

    “The Lost Class” for ChangeTheRef.org: Leo Burnett Chicago, ad agency: Hungry Man Productions, production company.

  • “Skate Nation Ghana” for Meta: Droga5, ad agency; Love Song, production company.

  • “Teenage Dream” for Sandy Hook Promise: BBDO New York, ad agency; Smuggler, production company.

  • “Walter the Cat” for Chevy Silverado: Commonwealth // McCann, ad agency; O Positive, production company.
