AmericInn By Wyndham Launches First Social Contest

AmericInn by Wyndham is launching its first-ever search for a family to do a little traveling on its dime.

The family-friend hotel brand, known as “America’s Welcoming Neighbor,” is looking for “one fun-loving adventure family to uncover the very best State Fairs... the Midwest have to offer, and a $15,000 paycheck for doing so.”

Now through Aug. 3, families interested in becoming the first-ever AmericInn State Fair Family can submit a written or video application at www.americinn.com/fairfamily or by emailing fairfamily@americinn.com

Submissions should highlight what makes each family the ideal candidate while showcasing personality and social savviness.

Consumers with “a hunger for thrill rides and cotton candy” are especially sought, along with families with active social media accounts (TikTok and Instagram preferred).

The chosen family will attend three Midwest state fairs and will chronicle their adventures on social media. In return, they’ll receive seven paid nights at AmericInn hotels, a $10,000 travel stipend, $5,000 cash, Wyndham Rewards Diamond level membership, and a suitcase full of AmericInn swag.

Just like state fairs, AmericInn hotels are a staple of the Midwest, connecting guests to incredible experiences throughout the heart of middle America, says Clem Bence, vice president and brand leader, AmericInn by Wyndham.

“Our first-ever State Fair Family gets to experience it all, creating memories of a lifetime as they discover the best that fairs have to offer, all while relishing the comforts of home at AmericInn,” Bence says in a release. 

AmericInn, which has 200 locations across the United States, will select the winning family on or about the week of Aug. 4.
