iProspect Integrates Strategy And Planning: Taps Snodgrass, Starr As Heads

Dentsu's iProspect unit is grooming the next generation of strategy and planning management, promoting Dentsu vets Michelle Snodgrass and and Rachel Starr to head of strategy and head of planning, respectively. Both were promoted to executive vice presidents too.

Snodgrass joined iProspect as senior vice president-strategy in April 2021, after serving as vice president-strategy at parent Dentsu Aegis Network, and in strategy roles at sister units 360i and Carat before that.

Starr joins iProspect after a nearly 15-year career at Carat, most recently as senior vice president-group director.

“Expanding our strategy and planning disciplines across the organization enables us to accelerate brand growth and strategically deliver full funnel media results across the consumer journey," states iProspect North America CEO Danielle Gonzales, to whom both Snodgrass and Starr report.

In a statement, iProspect said it is utilizing a new agency model integrating strategy and planning teams "that are embedded across each client team to enable shared consumer learnings, best practices, insights, and innovation."
